KL 5000 Rail: This is a new heavy-duty robot rail from Kuka that can be adapted to a wide range of products such as KR QUANTEC, KR FORTEC and KR FORTEC ultra. The rail has a heavy load capacity of 5t and can handle up to 5000 kg of weight. Robots with a maximum payload of 800kg or a maximum arm span of nearly 4000mm can be mounted on the rail. In addition, the KL 5000 rail provides an intelligent lubrication system to simplify maintenance operations, with software automatically triggering lubrication to ensure that the rail is always in optimal condition during operation.
